Westbury Court is a deed restricted community comprised of 34 villas located just eight miles north west of Sarasota and ten miles from downtown Sarasota. We own our private street that ends in cul-de-sac. A quiet little community that was built in 1995 that has seen several upgrades since. One of those upgrades is the solar powered pool house which is open to use 10 months out of the year. The pool is open from dawn till dusk.
Our villas are located in an amazing area – Bayshore Gardens that has many attractions just a stones throw away. With multiple beautiful beaches within minutes including the number one beach in America – Siesta Key – 18 miles south. Another great attraction is the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art which has 31 art galleries, a circus museum, gardens, and a mansion to tour.
