Westbury Court is a deed-restricted community of 34 villas located just eight miles northwest of Sarasota and about ten miles from downtown Sarasota. We own our private street that ends in a cul-de-sac — a quiet community built in 1995 that has seen several upgrades since, including a solar-powered pool house.

The pool is open from dawn to dusk. Please bring your pool key and accompany all guests.

Our villas sit in Bayshore Gardens, with beaches, museums, and everyday conveniences nearby — including Siesta Key about 18 miles south and the John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art.
